Quotation Validity
All quotations issued by Gusher Pumps, Inc. are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing, lead times, and availability are subject to change after the quotation expiration date.
Cancellations, Changes, and Returns
Acceptance of an order constitutes the customer’s agreement to accept delivery of all materials covered by the order. Orders may not be cancelled without the prior written consent of Gusher Pumps, Inc. Due to the custom-manufactured nature of our products, Gusher Pumps reserves the right to assess reasonable cancellation charges for cancelled orders, including costs incurred for engineering, materials, labor, and production scheduling.
Order modifications or changes may only be made with the express written approval of Gusher Pumps, Inc. Approved changes may result in revised pricing, lead times, and applicable change-order charges.
Products may not be returned for credit without prior written authorization from Gusher Pumps, Inc. Returned products must be freight prepaid and may be subject to restocking charges. Products exposed to hazardous chemicals, excessive wear, abuse, or improper operating conditions may not be eligible for return or credit.
Warranty
Gusher Pumps, Inc. warrants that pumps manufactured by Gusher Pumps will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from our facility. At its sole discretion, Gusher Pumps will repair or replace any product determined to be defective, provided the equipment has been properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal service conditions and has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, or misapplication.
Wear components and accessories not manufactured by Gusher Pumps, including but not limited to motors, seals, bearings, and electrical components, are specifically excluded from this warranty and are subject only to the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Any unauthorized modifications to the product, including removal or alteration of identification tags or serial numbers, shall void this warranty.
For warranty consideration, the pump must be returned to Gusher Pumps, Inc. with a complete service history, including operating conditions and fluid application details, for inspection and evaluation.
The customer is responsible for all transportation and freight costs associated with returning products to Gusher Pumps, Inc. for inspection or repair. If the repair is determined to be covered under warranty, Gusher Pumps will pay standard return freight charges to the customer. Return shipping costs for non-warranty repairs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Gusher Pumps, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, downtime, or damage to associated equipment arising from the use or failure of its products.
THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WHEN GENUINE GUSHER PARTS ARE USED.
